It is of course subject to contract length for the free equipment, installation, support and most importantly your Free phone calls to National and UK Mobile numbers.

Free Calls  – Free calls for your business! Including all calls to UK landlines and UK mobiles. One fixed amount per month will get you all the calls you need. No longer have to worry about the phone bill.

Handsets included – The latest handsets available, are all included within your monthly bundle. No need to pay upfront for hardware! You get a new handset per user your business signs up for.

No Installation Costs  – With Horizon being a hosted phone system, everthing we need to configure can be done before it leaves us. All you have to do is plug into the internet.

Remote Support- You pay us one monthly fee for everything so it would be wrong if we didn’t include support in this. If anything goes wrong with your service we’ll be here to help you get it back on track!

Receptionists Console  – With the receptionists console, the main person answering your inbound calls will be able to efficiently route them to the right person with a click.

Call Recording – Call recording is available on all the handsets! There is a small charge for call recording, as you may expect, we can’t store endless amounts without charging something for storing them..

Call Logging  – We can log everything that happnes on your handsets. From incoming calls, how many seconds to answer right through to how many inbound calls were made. Again there is a small monthly fee for this, but its invaluable to a business.

Call Queueing – Make sure you cope with any peak in demand on inbound calls. Horizon can queue your calls and play callers a bespoke message to keep them happy while they wait.
